Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Spotle (the “app”), published by TinySerious, handles information. Spotle does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. There are no accounts, analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
Information we collect
None. Spotle does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or other personal information. Core gameplay works offline.
Data stored on your device
Spotle saves a small amount of app data locally so the game can work:
- High scores, best levels, daily progress, rank, and games played
- Theme, sound, haptics, and tutorial preferences
- The full-access preview start and expiration timestamps
- A cached lifetime-access flag, reconciled with Apple's StoreKit entitlement
Game progress and preferences use Apple's on-device storage. The preview record uses the iOS Keychain so reinstalling the app does not restart the preview; for that reason, this record may remain on the same device after the app is deleted. TinySerious cannot access this local data, and it is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
Tracking and advertising
Spotle does not track you across apps or websites, does not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA), contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and shows no ads.
Full-access preview
Starting the first game begins a 72-hour, app-managed full-access preview. This is not a subscription trial, does not require payment details, and does not start an automatic charge.
In-app purchase
Spotle offers one optional non-consumable purchase, Spotle Forever, which permanently unlocks unlimited play, every mode and theme, and complete stat tracking. Apple processes purchases and restores through the App Store. TinySerious never receives payment-card or billing details. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children's privacy
Spotle is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If Spotle's data practices change, this page will be updated before those changes take effect and the date above will be revised.
